Return Policy

Products purchased through AWSI can be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice. Items can be replaced for another design or it can refunded. Items must be returned in their original product packaging, intact, and without damage.

If you are looking to return wallcovering purchased through a retailer, you must process the return through the store you purchased the product from.

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

AWSI will replace merchandise due to manufacturing defects within 30 days from the date of invoice. Availability of the same design cannot be guaranteed. If same design is not available, customer can opt to change the design. If the design is available but needs to be ordered from the factory, customer must be willing to wait for 20 working days. We will replace the defective merchandise without any additional fees.

 

HOW TO RETURN

To request a return, please call our office at 713-6893 and 713-6897 or e-mail us at info@awsi-wallpaper.com.

For refund, please be sure to have the original and duplicate invoices with you. If the customer cannot provide all the invoices, a notarized affidavit should be submitted to validate the cancellation of the invoice. For exchange of item, no need to bring the invoices. You will be issued an exchange receipt.
